I believe great design is outcome-driven. With a strong product mindset, my focus is always on solving real user problems while supporting business goals. I enjoy the challenge of diving deep into a problem space, facilitating conversations to align stakeholders, and connecting every design decision back to tangible business outcomes. My approach is practical, collaborative, and always centered on the end-user.

My journey into product design grew from dual passions. While working as a multimedia designer, I also founded and ran a profitable online store for over four years, managing it alongside my full-time role. This hands-on experience was my first and most important lesson in product thinking, customer experience, and how good design directly impacts business performance.

That entrepreneurial foundation has helped to shape my career. It has given me a unique perspective that allows me to comfortably navigate both consumer-facing and complex enterprise platforms, from helping build foundational design at startups to tackling large-scale strategic challenges at enterprises.

During a period of focused freelance work, I had the invaluable opportunity to step back and see the world from a different vantage point. It was a lesson in observing unfiltered curiosity and rediscovering a sense of wonder in the everyday, a journey that reminds me to approach every design challenge with fresh eyes and an open mind.

Currently, I'm channeling my energy into two main areas: partnering with clients on freelance projects, and dedicating time to self-study in Artificial Intelligence. I'm excited by the challenge of exploring its practical applications, such as learning how to create synthetic users for research, to build even smarter and more user-centric design solutions.
